Do Not Bleach

You know, there are days when I just wanna go out to like, the bank or something, and not carry a big bag. But then my shorts have no pockets. Damn. It's times like these when I'd really, really, like a clutch just like this one. Actually, should this be a wristlet instead? Anyway, clutches are usually associated with something glitzy and formal, so you'll be glad that this one is woven and casual looking enough to just pop out from the house to get something. Plus, it has enough compartments to fit your dollar notes, coins, and even cards! Yes, I know we have wallets for that, but you can't possibly fit your cellphone into your wallet, no matter how slim.

Flitterby

Holy shit is that a real cello??? *hyperventilates* I'd ogle over the cello, but the main point is the dress. Yes, it might look like any basic high-cut dresses you've seen, but because this is black, you can't really see that the upper part, just above the cleavage is sheer. Plus, turn to the back and you'll see a little keyhole there. Dress this up with coloured tights and a cincher.

Velvet Ribbon

I fell in love with this immediately. It's so cute! Though I probably won't have any places to wear this, it's still really, really nice. You have to admit it. It's like ballerina meets goth chick, with the frothy tutu and black lace. If you have a recital coming up, you could wear this.

A Lil of Everything

The good thing about string bikinis is that they're adjustable, so no matter how fat or how thin you get, you can always adjust it to your preference. Plus it's cheaper than the swimsuits you get at those specialized swimsuit shops (Ogival, etc etc) so you can have more than one! This black camouflage design spells fierce, and I don't mind being seen in this with a pair of aviators on the beach.

The Sticker Monster

Since plaids are in the height of fashion now, why limit it to just your clothes? Adorn your gadgets with plaids, in bling! Very Burberry meets Juicy Couture in this pink plaids. The size is probably just nice for the PDA toting girls, so look more girly than serious with these on them PDAs.

Peach Love

It's a combination of two vests! A white drapey one, and a metallic grey vest on top. The best part is that you can go creative, so the drapey part need not be drapey - tie it up! Like the blogger says, wear this to the clubs. I say, wear this piece over a sexy mini dress and boots!

Goldilock's Closet

Look like you're spewing blood with this tshirt on. Kidding. I am a lover of great graphics, and this is not an exception. Though I can't see it clearly, the design looks like paint flecks. I'd really really love it if the tshirt is in white, but I guess yellow should suffice. Looks great with light blue jeans! And a shiny, sequined vest.

Delora's Wardrobe

Big earrings are great when you have a minimalist outfit. They dress it up. This psychedelic shell earrings are a great accompaniment to say, a white button up shirt and a pair of jeans? Yes of course. Add a pair of heels and it's perfect.

Lovely Promise

Anniversary with the partner coming up soon? Get these, or a few like, hundred over couple keychains they have in store. This pair happened to be my favourite, just because I'm a fan of minimalistic things. Since they're so plain, you could engrave something onto it. Like, each other's name??

Round Bean

Even our bags need accessories nowadays. The good thing is, we can wear them as well. But for something as pretty as this, I wouldn't put it on my bag lest someone steals it. You never know, huh? :(

Jovy's Wardrobe

Yayaya I know this is reserved, but if it ain't sold out there's still hope! Plus, this is such a cute and useful necklace, it'd be a waste if I don't review it. It actually looks like a real, useable camera. It is useable, literally, but not as a camera. As a lighter, and a mini torchlight. I know, so cute!! Perfect for the subtle smokers around us, and that mini torchlight could certainly come in handy during those...one night stands. *wiggles eyebrows*

Gems 2

Haven't bought your Christmas cards yet? Shame on you. Lucky for you, here I am, showing and telling you that there's a fab site that sells handmade cards, and since it's in the season, Christmas cards!! The silvery embossed Christmas tree is really simple yet nice. Just because too much of designs are, y'know, too much.

Ancient Orchids

Enough with the mainstream striped cardi already! Who likes their jacket with some funk? I know I do. Jackets are like shoes; not every one of them can suit all your outfits, so you just need more of 'em. Might as well get some funky ones while you're at it. Like this, with tutu-like hems, and flower patterned lining! You can flick it out to be a makeshift collar, or just keep it concealed.

Simply Pretty Things

A basic white sleeveless with some extra flourishes. Like, the absolutely cool crocheted back?? It's even more tantalizing than showing off bare skin, 'cause crochets only allow you to see little bits of your skin. The rest, is left to the imagination. So cliche, I know. Anyway, I'd wear this with a pair of light blue straight cut jeans and sneakers for the ultra casual look.

Autumn Closet

Shimmer in subtle tones of gold with this little tube dress. This dress will be perfect for the Christmas dinner. You could dress it up a little more with a cropped jacket, but it'll be fine by itself as well. If you find it a little plain, you could always wear a cincher, or one of those big flowered brooches!

Quadruple Queen

Did you know that the colour yellow has the ability to make a person happier? Well now you do. If you see a lack of yellow in your wardrobe, why not get this piece! It has a tiered skirt, ruffles, and straps broad enough to hide your bra strap! So why not?

Tic Tac Toe

Lace is so girly. Otherwise, why would they use it for our undergarments?? Anyway, this flowy top has another lining underneath the lace, so you don't need to worry about it appearing sheer and scratchy. My favourite part is the sash, of course.

Lumi Da Peri

This dress just screams, "mod!". Basically it looks like an empire waistline dress, but I can't be sure if it really is so. But I think pairing this with some patterned tights and ankle boots look very cool! Plus I don't think there'll be any need for an accessory, except maybe for a short demure necklace and earrings. Girls cannot leave the house without earrings. Never.

Goddess City

Wear the colours of the sun to the office and bring some cheer if it's mundane. Because you know you can do it. Besides, this tiered dress is fabulous as it is, you just need a great pair of shoes and your watch, and you're good to go.

Soul Chic

A tube dress by itself might be a little bland, but add some extra material, some creases, and pleats at the right places - voila! An absolutely divine cocktail dress you have there. We girls should have a few cocktail dresses (nah, make it plentiful!) in hand to wear to that sudden wedding we have, or an impromptu dinner at someplace nice...you never know.

Oh, Popsicles!

Look like Marilyn Monroe minus the billowing skirt in this little white dress. The best part of the dress is of course, the back. And then there's the adjustable hemline, fitting at the hem so that you can go how short you like (thus creating the bubble effect!).

WhortleBerries

Those who have a slender waist but flabby thighs and slender calves (I know, what a combination) look best in tiered, ruffled skirts! I can't help but fall in love with this cute little gingham tiered skirt. I feel like wearing this skirt with a white tank top, lots of accessories, and a pair of Converse All Stars!

The Bling Bling Shop

I have always felt that thinner rings are more suited to girls, whereas thicker rings are more suited to the boys. But of course, it's all about preference. I like my rings with minimalistic designs, so as to keep from becoming trashy and over-the-top. Like this simple, stainless steel piece! I actually saw another one, but it was thicker, so I guess it's for the guys. Nonetheless, go spoil yourself with the array of rings they have!

Bimbs Wardrobe

I totally dig this cropped plaid blazer! For the petites, finding a suitable length blazer is really really hard. Most of the time, they end up too long to be liked, thus making you look even tinier in the oversized blazer. Therefore, a cropped blazer is the best bet for petites. No worries about it being too long, plus it even looks cool! This blazer totally works for the preppy look, but you could go for a mismatched look, like a totally girly dress paired with this blazer.

A Cup Of Sugar

This little grey dress reminds me of a ballerina. I do realize ballerinas are more adversed to pink, but you have to admit this looks sweet. Body hugging, lace and chiffon - ooh! All things girly into one. It might be a little plain by itself, so why not jazz it up with the cropped blazer from above!

Cat in a Bowl

I could have posted the pink one and showed you the embroidery on the top 'cause it's more obvious, but I prefer the black. :( Plus the pink one's sold out already. :( Anyway, even though you can't really see it, there are floral embroideries on the top/dress! It also comes with a spaghetti strapped top for layering purposes, but with all the velvet going on, I don't think you would wanna layer in this hot weather.

Wearever U Like!

In the quest to look cool, guys often wear their pants low slung, inadvertently showing off their underwear. It's cool, depending on what kind of underwear you're sporting. *snigger* With this faux two-piece pants, you guys can wear your pants the normal and more comfortable way, yet looking like your pants are low slung. Minus the flashing underwear.

Bunny Noo

Check it out, this dress looks so sporty and cool. Monochromes are my favourite colour. Totally ironic, as black and white aren't actually a colour. Please ignore me. I see that this dress also has the uber long drawstring! Perfect for looping round and round or just getting creative and see which styles you can tie it in.

Forever Boutique

I like basics, but I also like basics with a hint of pizzazz! From the front this looks like a basic white sleeveless top. From the back, it's cross backed with a halter! So cool. The hem's also lace piped, adding to the girliness factor. Looks good with just about any bottom, so you can cool off with this in our balmy weather.

Velvet Ribbon

Velvet Ribbon always brings in cool and versatile dresses. We girls can never have enough clothes, so we can only love even more clothes that can be worn in so many ways. This dress can be worn cowl-neck style, off-shoulder style, and straight up sleeveless style. The best part of this dress is the plunging back with the extremely cute bow. Lovely! I say you put on your NuBra, slip on this dress, and turn heads when you're out at night.

Enchanting Hearts

Omg, the model's legs are so long and pretty. They go so well with the dress! College bound girls, presentations are excruciating and tedious. It's also a damn hassle to hunt for presentation-suitable clothing, like prissy button up shirts, pencil skirts, pantsuits and whatnot. Here's something pretty. A pinstriped dress with ruffles that's elegant and formal enough for presentations and the workplace. Accessorize with a tank watch, diamante/diamond studs, a short necklace and if you like, a bracelet. White pumps make the dress look even more formal, but be a little adventurous and try strappy stilettos instead.

Shopping Princess

I have no idea what you call tops like these. Nonetheless, I've never really liked them, but it really looks good on the model! Makes me wanna get one myself. This top looks good paired with a pair of shorts like in the picture, but I think a frayed light blue denim mini skirt should do the trick as well.

French Kiss

This is definitely a top to wear to those clubbing outings! Let the light literally bounce off you in this little sequined number. Just in case you find the whole thing a little blinding, you'd be glad to know that the back isn't sequined. Love the blue and silver stripes. I'd pair this with a chunky bangle and white boots!

Jovy's Wardrobe

Tshirts are the perfect accompaniment to jeans. It may seem bland, but my favourite tshirt colours are actually just black and white. So I love this white tshirt, and the DLSR "slung" on your shoulders! Plus, instead of the usual round-neck collar, it's in v-neck this time.

The Kooky Thing

If you're going for the "dark" look, I'd recommend a black turtleneck, dark skinny jeans, a pair of tan leather boots and a fedora or a beret. And dark brown painted nails. Of course, I'd prefer a ribbed turtleneck, but that's probably too thick for our scorching weather, unless of course you're going to be stuck in an AC room till the depths of the night.

47 YKJ

This, ladies, is an adjustable bracelet. Apparently meant to coil around your hand so that it looks snakelike. I think it'll look better on the upper arm, when you're wearing one of those sexy backless dress and out clubbing.

The Cute Closet

Dress up a plain tshirt and jeans with this cute plaid vest! Unlike your regular tied-at-the-back vest, this one is just a slip on. But who says it won't look half as good? It's always good to have a little bit of androgynity in yourself!

Brown Sugar Addict

I think the top looks better without the cincher. I think it'll look even better with a pair of dark jeans and some serious bling. But it'll look best when you wear this with an attitude. ;)

all dressed up with places to go

This entry is dedicated to dresses! With dresses, you can either be girly, sweet, elegant, demure, sexy, or vampy. It's all in the dress and the attitude.

Soul Chic

Let's start with yet another pinafore. Sweet pink, with two cute buttons on the waistline. Looks best when paired with a top inside, preferably white. However, if you don't mind, you can always ditch the inner top and wear it by itself.

Lah'Lah'Land

This shop sells mostly vintage clothings, but when I saw this I immediately fell in love with it. With its dark coloured plaids, it looks preppy. But with its overall design, I can't say whether I should call this a pinafore or not. This is certainly something different from the mainstreams in the blogosphere, especially with the quirky slit down the front.

Dress to Kill

Dress to look sporty in this! Although it's supposed to be a long top, but I guess for the extreme petites this should do as a mini dress. You could copy the model and dress this up with bracelets and a hat. Or you can change it a little to your own style. Instead of a beret, try a trucker cap. Instead of bracelets, try cuffs. Improvise.

The four things I love about this dress:
#1 The candy colours that are available.
#2 The pockets
#3 The racerback style
and most importantly,
#4 The long drawstrings! Seeing as it's so long, there are so many ways for you to tie it. You can tie it round and round and round your waist, crossed like in the picture, or make it a long dangly ribbon. Take your pick.

45°C Workshop
.

See what I said about bright colours being in fashion now? Even the OL dresses aren't spared. Thank God for small favours, otherwise we'd be stuck in the mundane world of OL fashion. This time around we have this bright yellow dress. Even though it's a simple short sleeved dress, check out the big big flower on the upper right and bottom left corner! Simply adorable. Pair it with a cincher, a tank watch and strappy heels.

Autumn Closet

Whenever I think of "toga dresses", I see a Greek god's clothing. No idea why. But anyway, you can look like a Greek goddess yourself in this stunning dark turqoise number. Will look great in a pair of gladiator heels or strappy sandals, alongside with a chunky bracelet and shoulder dusting earrings.

Miss Capsicum

A little bit of vintagey thrown here, but it still looks fab without looking too old, thanks to the tube design. Since it looks a little vintage, you can always add some modern accessories. Like, a charm bracelet maybe? A pair of dangly earrings, and maybe, maybe, some patterned tights might work. Good news - the skinny belt is inclusive!

Ministry of Clothes

The gates of heaven has opened today. This is exactly the type of elegant, formal maxi I have been looking for in the blogosphere. Not those flowery types, not those with kaleidoscopic designs, not the kimono types, but this. The whole dress is only in one colour, but yet it has the elegance. Perfect for dinners. That rose sash comes together with the dress, so all the better!

Hey people! I am so so sorry I did not update during the weekend. I had a few items lined up in my entry, but it wasn't enough to suffice as an update, so many apologies!

Emmy Cubic

Who doesn't love snacks?? It may be a sinful indulgence, but man doesn't it makes us happy. Even I am guilty of having the extra stick of Kinder Bueno. Anyway, enough digressing. Graphic tees are a great match with jeans, shorts or mini skirts. You don't even have to worry about it being too plain, because graphic tees are so...graphic!

Bows Lover

Huge bows are really hot right now! Here is yet another one of those cute cocktail dresses with the extra large bow! However, instead of being in a block colour, this one is in pinstripes! Cute. The fact that the dress is a halter makes me love it even more. No need for much neck jewellery or cinchers, 'cause this dress is perfect the way it is. Maybe add some bracelets, some shoulder dusting earrings or studs.

Iccy House

Camisoles are so sexy, especially when lined with lace. This one is MNG inspired, 'cause I've seen one in MNG which looks similar! Know what goes best with a camisole? A blazer. More often than not, if you want to wear the blazer as an outfit rather than something to put on when you're cold, a camisole underneath is your best bet. Or, if you're daring, you could just wear a bra underneath the blazer. Hehe. Anyways, wearing a camisole underneath the blazer is sexy, yet you won't suffer a heatstroke in it.

Lollipop Stylez

I have no idea why, but when I see this pair of preppy shorts I am reminded of Serena van der Woodsen. I don't know why! Maybe it's the grey colour, or maybe it looks really preppy, Serena style. Blair Waldorf would never be seen dead in shorts. Anyway, I think, you can perfect the same preppy look if you pair this shorts with a white ruffled shirt and a vest. Add a pair of knee high white socks and (trendy looking) loafers, and you could get the look!

Think Glamz

Yayaya, it's yet another vest. But this vest could go with the combo I just mentioned above. This vest is also a little bit different from the rest. The front pockets aren't faux pockets, they're real and useable. Plus there is a little bow on each of them pockets. Considering cellphones of late are quite tiny, the 8cm pockets should be able to fit your slim little baby. If not, there's always the mp3 player.

Devonitas

From the front, it looks like a simple cowl neck top. Turn to the back, and you'll see sexyback! With a sheer lacy behind, this is the perfect top to wear with your NuBra, a short black denim miniskirt and go dance like wild monkeys!

Mini Pose

I never quite liked tucking in my shirt, but damn it looks good on this model. A little touch of androgynity, but yet oozing with ladylike elegance. The shirt is very classic OL style, but it's up to you to see whether you can carry it off as Miss Frumpy, or Miss Elegant.
