Choose For Less

Now why didn't I see this earlier? Hidden in the depths of my email inbox was this e-shop with a few delectable guy's tshirts. I don't know about your guy, but mine doesn't like wearing too flashy outfits, so graphic tshirts like this one suits him just fine. Now I feel like getting him this.

Peep

Everyone has their emo days. If you want people to steer clear from you, then wear this tshirt. But actually, I think by wearing this people will come to disturb you more. Tee hee. Anyway, wear this with dark jeans and a shiny vest! Along with heels. Peep toed ones would be nice. I think pointy heeled pumps would be nicer!

Iccy House

The ever basic spaghetti strapped top. Looks good enough if you want to wear it on its own. Also the best thing to wear under a blazer or a funky jacket, especially if the main thing you want to display is the outerwear, without suffering a heatstroke. Do hurry, cause this spaghetti top is only left in pink!

Hazel Mazel

I'm leaving, on a jetplane. Don't know when I'll be back again...not. I wish I was leaving on a jetplane now, cause I am so bored and I haven't been on a holiday out of my home for a very long time! Anyways, this plane-monogrammed tank top is the sex. (Heheh copied someone's signature statement). Wear with shorts to the beach side, or with jeans to lectures, or with a skirt to the mall! So uber versatile and looks good on everyone.

My Vintage Garden

If you're still in the Gossip Girl fever, get this tube top with the super huge bow on the neckline. I think this will look delectably elegant in a high waisted black skirt of the same material as the top. Then it'll look like an LBD! Add a string of pearls and a pair of red stilettos and you'll be good to go!

Frills Shoppe

I was this close to not posting this up because I liked it so much and didn't want anyone else to buy it. But le sigh, good things are meant to be shared. Damn I'm so noble. This floral vintagey babydoll top comes with the inner racerback top! And if what I see is correct, the bustline can be adjusted by pulling the ribbon in the middle. Looks good with three quarter jeans and espadrilles.

ESN Clothing

Knee length skirts are particularly useful especially if your uni doesn't allow mini skirts. Just feel the satisfaction when you walk past them security guards and lecturers and they're unable to tell you off for wearing something revealing! Oh by the way, the above probably only applies to me. Sad, but anyway, this knee length skirt is quite chic! Not all knee length skirts equals old fashioned and prissy, as this one proves.

An Old Flame

I half thought this was a dress by itself. Silly me! But I do quite like that studded belt. Anyway, focus on the blouse. Nothing like some red-and-white stripes and ruffles to get that oldies feel. I think this will look equally good with some high-waisted shorts as well, be it denim or black ones.
The Red Tutu

Every girl needs a lingerie inspired top to wear when she feels sexy. This one is no exception. Covering the right places and exposing the midriff with sheer material, this one definitely screams sexy. If you're not too confident to wear this alone, a funky jacket calls for!

Sugar Dressing

I used to have an aversion towards flat heeled gladiators, but ever since purchasing a four inch one, I think they should be quite okay! Especially if your legs are longer than your torso, you can definitely pull this one off without looking like a complete...stump. Looks good with bare legs, meaning you have to wear this with a short skirt or shorts!

Brown patent booties with a laced up back, instead of in the front. And you haven't even seen the inside yet! Lined with animal prints. Oooh. Wear this with leggings, then you can't see that they're leggings. Not exactly the whole point of leggings I know, but since I don't like them you can't blame me for suggesting that. They look equally good with skinny jeans and high waisted super short skirts as well.

Cat in a Bowl

I'll call this the LLBD. Little Lace Black Dress. It's absolutely simple, yet gorgeous! Heart shape tube and a flared skirt, alongside lace details. That extra bow makes this dress looks extra gorgeous, but I'm not sure if it comes together with the dress. Wear with purple heels!

Lush

Say hello to the 2-in-1 scarf. Skull prints on one side, and paint splatters on the other side. I'm a big fan of scarves, and this is just perfect for me. Wear with a simple tshirt and jeans or skirt and canvas shoes.

Daily Shopping Therapy

Have a long hobo for a change! With cutesy knots at the side too. I know what my boyfriend would say about this bag though; it's so big, it'll swallow me up. But hey, that's what we girls like, a big bag to put just about all our stuff in.

Velvet Ribbon

They featured my favourite LookBook-er of all time, Woori G.! I so love her look; she can pull almost anything off, and she always looks so fabulous. It helps that her legs are seriously long. Envious I am. Anyway, this blazer is so awesome, especially when you want that androgynous look. Pair with heels and skinny jeans and some funky graphic tshirt under that blazer.

If you have all the possible designs of hobo bags, it's time to change. Let's break out the extremely-big-handle hobo. Gone are the thick, big-looped handles; let's have a clutch-y one for now. Not too handy when you're out for a long shopping day though; those arms will get tired!

Drestres

Okay I seem to be reviewing quite a lot of bags this time. But really, how often do you have a square shaped bag? There are even extra straps so you can carry it like a sling. If you visit the blog, you'll see all sorts of ways to carry the bag. I like it cause it's a little androgynous.

Beanipet

This octopus cushion is so cute! But I thought octupuses had eight legs. Tee hee. It might be already sold in the blog, but you can always ask her to make another one for you. Nothing like something squishy to hug while you're in front of the computer.

Tic Tac Toe

I have just found a cute dress for the clubbing scene. Short, sleeveless, and with bling. Add a bow and you'll up the cuteness factor! Wear with strappy heels, big hoop earrings and pull up your hair!

Yogurt Barcode

This scarf is so vintagelike. You can tie it as a sash on your waist, a scarf, or a headband! So versatile, and it's perfect to jazz up a boring outfit. Like say, a plain white tank and jeans?

Phelauwer Boutique

As you all already know, I am an avid fan of scarves. Skinny striped scarves and knitted ones are usually my love, but when I saw this floral one I got converted. What is there not to like about the purple flowers on this beige-y scarf?? It's very Somerset Bay - I can just imagine this scarve, a white tank top, and a mini denim skirt.

Vejae

I am yet to find an overalls which suits me. Or a pinafore. At my last bazaar (the Fleur de Lis. I couldn't attend Absolute Bazaar 2, so sad!) I tried on a few pinafores and overalls, but they just didn't suit me. Le sigh! Anyway, This light coloured pinstriped overall shorts look pretty damn nice to me. An added bonus is that they look quite formal, especially with that belt! Though I don't think it'll surpass the office dress code...

A Lil of Everything

Speaking of office dress codes, perhaps this one might make the cut! It looks a little on the short side, but that can be easily countered with tights. Since this is a plain dress, make it patterned tights. Love the slit sleeves that show off a bit - just a bit! - of skin. With a thick cincher, the look is complete.

Enchanting Hearts

280 Deniers going for RM15! That is wayy cheap. You'd better not pass up on this bargain. What's better is that they're also selling grey tights, gasp gasp! I've only ever seen grey tights twice in the blogosphere, but maybe it's because I don't take time to surf around. Anyway, ever since I saw Ringo (cheeserland.com) wearing grey tights in a picture in her blog, I fell in love! With the tights, I mean. Hehe.

Luscious Lips

What's better than a corset? A half corset, of course. You can work it like a cincher too, except that this one is way thicker. Hmm, what else can I say? The total combination of this outfit on the model looks absolutely amazing! Now that's a way for you to wear that half corset.

Le Femme Fatale

Now I can't really tell if this tshirt is for guys or girls. Nevertheless, you have to admit this design really stands out. I can see vending machines and that casino game thing (I suddenly forgot what it's called). Actually, on second look, this looks more like a guy tshirt to me. But of course, girls can also wear them!

XOXO Kiss

Have you seen a pair of zebra striped tights before? Neither have I! Now this is the first of its sort. Looks so much like a predator (or a dominatrix, more like) on the kill. For full effect, wear a form fitting satin (or PVC!) dress. Rawr.

Shoppink Queen

I realize most other reviewers have already reviewed this pair of shoes as well as the tights above, but with good reason! They're too good to pass up. How often do you see a pair of leopard printed oxford booties? You're going to be legendary, especially in dark jeans and a slinky top.

Signature Style

There's the cardigan that shouldn't be too long, and there's the overcoat that should be long enough to cover your hips. Like this grey one, for instance. Though our weather doesn't permit us to wear gorgeous winter coats, it doesn't mean we should skip out on the fashion too. After all, we have our man-made winter that's available all year round, should the electricity not run out. They're called Air Conditioning.

Ancient Orchids

Where ever are you going to wear such a pretty dress of this sort? If you don't have a wedding to attend soon, fret not. Miss SC will teach you how to dress this down. :P Take a biker/bomber jacket, and put it on. Add fishnet tights and booties. Goodbye demure girl, hello sexy woman!

Shopaholix Bar

Okay, now this asymmetrical top is really something! You can either leave it to drape long, or you can tie the side up to make it an even length. It may look like an ordinary braided halter top, but the back is to die for! Put on your NuBra/FreeBra and hit the clubs in this!

Pixie Closet

If it looks like a cropped cardigan over a tube for you, I don't blame you. They're actually a faux two-piece top! Very Ugly Betty meets ditzy bimbo, this top is. If you wanna go all out with the geeky look, I suggest a high waisted skirt, huge horn rimmed glasses and a supertight ponytail.

Candee-licious

Woe is the curly haired girl and the torn ribbon in her hair. Joy is the girl wearing this tshirt and looking hot in her supershort skirt and super high gladiator heels!

Moto-Moto

I have always been a firm believer that if you wear something skimpy for the top, wear something decent for the bottom and vice versa. That way, you can avoid looking like a skank. I guess Moto-Moto shares my views as well, cause look at this lovely long sleeved, cowl neck mini dress! If you're afraid you might accidentally flash someone, opt for tights or leggings. Although I'm not a fan of leggings, I think wearing those slick black leggings with boots can actually pull off looking like leather pants.

Trendy Hunt

I am digging the raggedy feel of this knit coat. Though our weather doesn't really make coats a necessity, there is something called air conditioning. Strong air conditioning. If the strong AC in your workplace/college isn't enough to make you wanna snuggle inside this comfy coat, I'm sure the fashionista in you will dig the tusk-like buttons!

Wear U Style

Why does this scarf look like it has a checkered design but yet a houndstooth design as well?? If you don't believe me, check out the blog! But anyway, I have always loved scarves. If you've been following my blog, I did mention a few times that scarves can just dress up any outfit. Plain tshirt and jeans? Put on a scarf, and you won't look plain no more!

Frills Shoppe

If you're the type who shun girly, flowery dresses and tops and prefer the rockstar appeal, have I got the perfect earrings for you! Shell earrings with skull and bones printed on them. Feminine, but with an androgynous edge.

French Kiss

Booties can be seen everywhere now. And with good reason! Other than pumps, these babies look best with tights and leggings. Just imagine, pairing this pair of booties with tights, and a supershort sleeveless dress with a biker jacket. Tres chic!

The Milkyland

I'm lovin' it. I'd be lying if I said I didn't like McDonalds, so why not proclaim my love by wearing this pommes frites necklace? I can guarantee you that they'd be the perfect accompaniment to a tshirt-denim miniskirt-whatever shoes you like combo.

Favourite Boutique

I love this jumpsuit! Totally has that androgynous feel to it. Though from the picture, it kind of looks khaki coloured, and that colour is a little hard to match if you wanna look serious. :( 'Cause, you know, khaki is usually associated with the outdoors, soldiers and whatnot. If only these were dark grey and pinstriped, they'd so totally fit for the office!

Milky Cottage

Cute dress. Basic, yet cute. The white band makes it have the sailor-ish feel, and that fedora actually matches the dress! Though I say with something so simple, a quirkier fedora is needed! Polka dots, maybe?

Autumn Closet

Having a dinner with the parents and relatives, so you can't dress too sexily? Look sexy without baring too much skin in this spaghetti strapped, knee length dress. Yeah, so what if it's knee length? Knee length skirts hide your flabby thighs and show off your slender calves!

Velvet Ribbon

This dress. Is amazing. You have to go and read her blog to see how many ways there are to wear this dress! Back-to-front, off shoulder, fluttered sleeves, tube, oh the list goes on! Best thing is: The jewels on the collar of the dress. Lovely. Btw, Velvet Ribbon owner, those gladiator heels are gorgeous! Where did you get them?

Miss Capsicum

If your eyes are immediately focused on the houndstooth cape, please tear your eyes away (no worries, that is for sale too) on the bag. Yes, the adorable square bag that's totally reminiscent of a paper bag, but no, it's a tote! It's solid too, and it's fantastic for making a statement, compared to the soft, no-form bags. Get this one for a change. You won't regret adding it into your collection.

Peach Love

Cute halter top, or a dress for the extreme petites. Love the faux double-breasted appeal, and the fact that you can wear it to the office and then to the club! Just pair it with some lace tights if the top/dress doesn't expose your crotch, or some dark wash skinnies if they do. Add a pair of bright coloured shoes and you're good to go.

Peep

I love scarves. After I saw a uni mate wearing one, adding pizzazz to her tshirt and jeans, I told myself, I totally need one. I have one. But it's no crime having another. Especially a woolly snowflake scarf like this one!

Dress To Kill

Ditch the pinstripes and add some bling to your vest. If you're so afraid of standing out, these work well with just your average tshirt and denim skirt with sneakers. I love it! So bright and shiny!

09

I don't have anything to say this time! Happy reading my reviews. :)

Like Seriously

Every girl should own at least one scarf. Yes, I know we don't have winter or cold weather, but there's the occasional cold rainy day! And, the impossibly cold lecture halls. My favourite way of wearing a scarf is with a tshirt and jeans, and maybe some pumps. Way to funk up a casual outfit!

Jolly Dolly

What. Are. Those. Prints?? I don't know what you call them, but they definitely look funky. Funky enough that borders on coolness! And I daresay those gladiator heels actually matches the dress.

Joan Bead Shop

I used to really like Swarovski crystals on my cellphone straps, till it scratched the life out of my cellphones. And wasn't there a year when these crystals were in the height of fashion?? We saw them everywhere; earrings, bracelets, cellphone straps, keychains, etc etc. But I must say, I've never seen an earring quite like this before. Can it be categorized as dangly earrings? But then, it's not that dangly. Heart this piece. It's definitely different. And which girl can argue with pink??

Haute Diva

A preloved shop. This tshirt I like! Different radios resembling pop art, minus the boxes and colours.

Clothes For Fun

I know I've said before that button up shirts are uptight. But don't you just like it when the basic button up throws in a little twist for you? Check out the sleeves - there are three buttons there. Besides, nothing spells casual smart than a button up paired with distressed denim.

Candy Treats

Wear it up or off-shoulder, you decide. I like how chic this is - the flowers at the hem are totally not the innocent-girly type. Guess what? The cincher is totally free with the outfit!

A Touch of Simplicity

Prom's around the corner, ladies. Get this white clutch with a removable diamante strap. Careful not to spill anything devastating on it, or you'll cry trying to remove the stain.

Ablinc

Fancy playing Marilyn Monroe during your prom? Keep in mind to wear some nice clean undies, ladies. That skirt is light enough to fly up in the slightest of winds. And may I suggest that the clutch above goes well with this dress!

45°C Workshop

Finally, finally, finally, a bf shirt that isn't plain, in plaids or gingham. I was getting bored with all those squares already. The rose design even looks abstract; so don't need to worry about getting all flowery.
