Other than a full suit, I think guys look great in a fitting graphic tshirt and a pair of well cut jeans. Graphic tees these days are just so creative! One of my guy friends and a lecturer(!) has this uber cool tshirt of a silhoutte of a guy shooting his head, and the blood transform into butterflies. :D Morbid, but cool. This one depicts the everyday life of a student. Books, alarm clock, laptop, and what's that random bunny??

Cannot believe that this is still available! Am I the only one who thinks this is gorgeous? Cause it definitely is. Do hurry as this isn't restockable. :)

PHAT Culture

They only have this colour left! I've seen quite a few of the chiffon overlined dresses lately, beginning with the colour plaids one! Then there were the polka dots, and quite predictably, the stripes. What about argyles next? :O

A supershort mini halter dress with skull prints! I like. Has attitude. :D

And finally, something for the office. Chiffon with loose ruffles on the neckline. This is a new shop, by the way!

Tictactoe RM50

I'm on a hunt for office wear that's not totally formal, but yet formal enough for the office. And this ruffled top here makes the cut. You don't have to worry about not being able to fit through that tiny collar, cause there's a zip all the way down the top! Now that's pretty cool.

You can either zip it all the way up to the collar, or zip it down a little to get a breather. Tee hee.

My Clothes Affair RM16

Plain tank tops are the bomb! They go with just about anything; skirts, pants, the works. The best thing about it being plain is that your bottoms can be full of details, and they work just well enough with it.

Good news is that they're going for RM16 each. Everywhere else I've seen sells them at RM20 the least, so this is quite a steal.

What's Your Flavour? RM39

You know, I never liked kimonos. I felt that they made you look fat, unproportionate, and well...fat. And I didn't like that whole flutter-sleeves thing. It would be so disgusting and slutty to be able to see your bra?

But surprisingly, I quite like this kimono dress. Maybe it's the cutting or the design, but it doesn't actually make the model look quite unproportionate. And despite all my negative statements about kimonos, I've always wanted to try on a plain one and see if I look nice in it. Hehehe I'm such a hypocrite!

La'Belle Closet RM20

I love tank tops. You can never go wrong with them, and just about everybody looks good in them. Unless of course, you spoil the look by wearing a wrong bra with it. Unless you have really pretty bra straps, please don't show them off when you wear racerbacks.

Plain tank tops are the bomb, but aptly designed tank tops are the nuclear (wtf I'm so lame)! This skull-and-bone design is just so cool, with a rocker chick kind of feel. You should see the combination they have with the skirt and studded belt. So fierce.

If you wear it with baggy pants and sneakers and studded cuffs, it'll be even more fierce. Rawr!

Dr. Pizzicato RM36

I was looking through some online boutiques during my lab class (shh!), and I came across this skirt. I was like, ohmygod! This is too good to be true. I first saw the Miss Selfridge picture and thought, nah, their version can't be that good. I was wrong. It is so nice. So pretty! That I had to show it to my friends. They couldn't agree more.

For one, the colour is so nice and bright. How often do you have skirts in this shade of happy? Hardly. Also, it's a little high-waisted. Just the perfect thing in trend right now. Finally...you can wear it as a formal wear! Absolutely perfect for me, as I have an internship going on the next semester. Formal wear is such a bitch, but with lovelies like this popping up, I think I'll be having a lot of fun dressing up for the office!

I can already think of a combination for this. A white tank top, plus multi-layered long necklaces, plus a cropped blazer, this skirt, and black heels. Perfect!

Clothes For Fun

It was love at first sight when I saw this jacket! Somehow the plaids don't look as vintage as your usual plaids, but more hiphop. Hmm, must be the jacket. I'd love to be seen keeping warm with this, a camisole underneath and a super short skirt!

The Chocolate Buttons

I've always been a fan of halters; not just because of the exposed back. It sort of creates a longer, leaner, (and bigger boobed!) image of my torso. But maybe it's just me. Anyways, halters have always been deemed inappropriate in the office, but I guess this won't be the deal any longer! Not when we have formal looking ones like this halter! Wear this with a sleek pair of slacks (pinstriped dark grey?) and pointy toed heels. Guaranteed to wow your colleagues.

Favourite Boutique

Basic tops are probably the dullest item of clothing in our wardrobe. That is, if you have zero accessories on yourself. With basic tops, the amount of things you can use to accessorize is limitless! You can wear a scarf, like this one. Or, multiple long beaded necklaces! A vest. Cinchers. You'd be spoilt for choice. A very cool look I'd try is this long sleeved top, a denim miniskirt, and multiple long beaded necklaces. If you have a pair of boots, wear them. If you don't, canvas shoes will make an equally nice trick!

Cheap n Chic

Didn't I say blings were here to stay? Cute tube top by the way! I think I simply can't find fault with it. It's pink; my favourite colour. It has satin. It has sequins. Wear this with a super short mini and hit the clubs, or pair it with your favourite jeans and a cropped cardigan, and you're good to go for a dinner out with the boyfriend.

Miss Shopaholic's Closet

If you love pinafores, you'd be glad to know that they have a huge assortment of colours for this one! Personally, I love the green but there isn't a picture of the front of the green, so I'll settle for my second favourite. It's amazing how many kind of tops you can wear with this pinafore, and yet each different kind (of top) changes the look! So experiment yourself and see.

Cat in a Bowl

I just love the cute appeal of this dress! For one, the colour and design is so totally bright, anyone would feel happy just looking at it. Secondly, this dress makes the perfect outfit for a lunch date, whether with the boyfriend, girlfriends, or parents. Just slip on a pair of sandals, studded earrings and you're good to go.

Clothes I Like

Chinese New Year is approaching; have you stocked up on your reds yet?? If you haven't, then let's start with something basic. Like this v-necked top for example. The back is low cut, and has sort of a string tied there! Don't know how to describe it. But that sort of design is making its appearance often. This top goes great with a pair of skinnies, but make sure your bottom isn't too bright; there's something called clashing!

Bundle of Joy

More bling and tiers! Very Serena inspired, although the tights are more towards Blair, don't you think? Nonetheless, it's a great combination! Love the shoes as well. I'm sure you're ready to hit the nightlife in this outfit already!

Wings Of Love

Valentine's Day is like what, next month? A little too early, but it's good to be prepared. You'll never know if you run out of time looking for that perfect present! When the time comes, this handmade card will be the perfect accompaniment to your gift.

Hazel Mazel

I think most of us has already passed our sweet sixteen, le sigh. But that doesn't mean we can't dress like one! I mean, okay, we'll pass on the juvenile logo t shirts and badly fitted jeans, but this babydoll dress? Irresistible! It even has eyelets oh-my-Gawd. Just so we won't be accused of not acting our age, let's pair this with tights and more grown up shoes.

Jolly Dolly

When I saw this blouse I immediately liked it! What's there not to like about the high collar, the cap sleeves and the machine pleats? If you have a long neck, this blouse will be perfect to accentuate that, therefore I do not recommend girls with shorter necks to wear this. Pair it with a bright high waisted skirt in say, orange? You know you want to.

Dandy Showy Dressy

Holiday's here, and if it's the beach for you, I'll say this flowy top looks good over that sexy bikini of yours. Wear it with a pair of shorts or bikini bottoms and a pair of aviator shades, you'll look pretty damn cool and imposing while on the beach.

Autumn Closet

Or if you're going somewhere in the city, how about wearing this smocked tube dress when you're going sightseeing at night? If you're afraid of the cold, pop a shawl or a cardigan into your hobo bag. Dress your decolletage with pretty silver or steel necklaces and your wrists with a chunky bangle. Since sightseeing is best done by walking, wear a pair of flats.

Adornment Alley

I'm sure you've heard of the cliche phrase, "Diamonds are a girl's best friend"? Well unless we're having a five figure salary or a rich daddy to pay, we can't exactly afford real diamonds. We will - one day. But until then, let's settle for something that sparkles just as brightly, minus the hefty price tag. Nothing like a little star diamante set in a minimalistic ring design to adorn your fingers.

Mystery Paradise

I absolutely cannot leave the house without a watch on. Sometimes I forget to wear one and I automatically flex my hand to see the time. Old habits die hard. So since watches are such a necessity (why take the trouble to take out your cellphone when you have the time at your wrist??), we should have more of them. It's also great to brighten up an all-black ensemble with one of these candy coloured watches too.

Fascinate

Skinny jeans look their best if you have stick thin legs and absolutely no ass. So for those of you who match my description, you probably already have like, tonnes of skinnies. Do you happen to own one in dark gingham? No? Well you should totally get this, then! For those of us who have normal, assed legs, we can definitely pull off skinnies. Provided we wear boots over them. I'm serious! They look good.

We Heart Sundays!

Okay, I'd recommend you to wear a skin coloured bra underneath this pink gingham top. I totally love the keyhole and the huge bow at the side. I'd wear this with a pair of black pinstriped shorts, an anklet, and low cut canvas shoes. What? It works.

Wings of Fashione

Bows are everywhere, thanks to Blair Waldorf. Not that I'm complaining. It's so quirky that an outfit actually looks good with the sudden embellishment of a huge bow. Like this dress. It's totally candy pink and the hem is so rad with the bright plaids, but the bow at the bare back totally takes the cake. Wear this with black tights and booties!

Simply Pretty Things

How often do you see a knit tube top that comes with its own shawl/vest/scarf/whatever you like?? The knit patterns actually sort of resemble those found on winter sweaters; except that this is more Malaysian-weatherproof. Totally goes well with jeans. I wouldn't wear them with shorts or super short skirts, 'cause that would be really skanky and screaming for attention; in the stripper-ish way.

Fancy Sista

That is one very lovely skirt. Even though it's longer than my usual socially-acceptable-midthigh length, the asymmetrical skirt is really different from the other skirts. It even looks like it has ruffles, and the overall effect is quite bohemian. Not to mention it's in dark grey, my current favourite colour. There's only one piece available, so you better get it before I beat you to it.

Purple Peppermint

More of those vintage graphic tshirts! I've googled this Dubble Dubble Gum thing, and it actually exists! But the real name is Dubble Bubble Gum, and the little boy is similar, except the original is thinner. Nonetheless, don't you just love these vintage tees with old-style advertisements? Like the old Coca Cola design, etc etc etc.

Luscious Lips - Sales

Those who have a great decolletage should show them off in a U-neck tshirt. Like this one in sweet pink roses, it's very Somerset Bay-ish, and will look exceptionally sweet in a white tiered skirt. Add a pair of ballet flats to the sweet factor, or if you wanna balance it out a little, wear some fierce shoes, like a pair of gladiator heels?

Kiss and Tell

You know what's my favourite outfit to wear to a casual house party? A camisole, jeans and heels. Nothing too prissy, nothing too formal, because you know how us teenagers can get in a house party. Plus with all the people (and alcohol), the temperature is bound to go up, so you can still keep cool in a camisole like this one.

Mezzanine

Personally, I don't know if I'm able to walk in these without falling, or screaming in agony after five minutes. I do know that these shoes are so fierce that I fell in love with them the minute I set my eyes on it. Another thing I do know is that they will look extremely good with tights and a mini dress.

Iccy House

Bows are in fashion now. The bigger, the better. With this top, you can tie your bow whichever direction you like; left, right, middle. Know what's the best part? You can wear this top back to front! I know, so fab.

Hong's Fashion Wardrobe

Thank me, because I have just found the perfect accessory for that cocktail dress (or whatever outfit you've put together) you're planning to wear to that Christmas party. A silver angel! Complete with a halo, wings, and singing carols. Look, there's even a little cross on the chain of the necklace, so how cool is that.

Sweet Toothsome

Sometimes the boyfriend wants to surprise you on a date, so he doesn't tell you where you're going! So you'll never know if he's going to bring you to some fancy restaurant, or just a casual joint. The worst part is, you don't know how to dress. Your best bet is an elegant basic top like this, dark jeans (because they look more formal), and low heels. That way, if you're going somewhere not too fancy, you won't appear overdressed. If you're going somewhere fancy, you won't be underdressed. You're just in between. Very good, isn't it??

Chiq La Belle

This slinky tube dress is so sexy, and especially quirky with the little hint of colour at the side of the dress. Seeing as it has a little metallic sheen, I'd say this will go well for the clubs. If it's for the office, you can follow like the blog says; add a cardigan (for my suggestion, a fancy blazer-like jacket), and black tights. As for shoes, I'd suggest oxfords.

33

Hey people! I am so so sorry I did not update during the weekend. I had a few items lined up in my entry, but it wasn't enough to suffice as an update, so many apologies!

Emmy Cubic

Who doesn't love snacks?? It may be a sinful indulgence, but man doesn't it makes us happy. Even I am guilty of having the extra stick of Kinder Bueno. Anyway, enough digressing. Graphic tees are a great match with jeans, shorts or mini skirts. You don't even have to worry about it being too plain, because graphic tees are so...graphic!

Bows Lover

Huge bows are really hot right now! Here is yet another one of those cute cocktail dresses with the extra large bow! However, instead of being in a block colour, this one is in pinstripes! Cute. The fact that the dress is a halter makes me love it even more. No need for much neck jewellery or cinchers, 'cause this dress is perfect the way it is. Maybe add some bracelets, some shoulder dusting earrings or studs.

Iccy House

Camisoles are so sexy, especially when lined with lace. This one is MNG inspired, 'cause I've seen one in MNG which looks similar! Know what goes best with a camisole? A blazer. More often than not, if you want to wear the blazer as an outfit rather than something to put on when you're cold, a camisole underneath is your best bet. Or, if you're daring, you could just wear a bra underneath the blazer. Hehe. Anyways, wearing a camisole underneath the blazer is sexy, yet you won't suffer a heatstroke in it.

Lollipop Stylez

I have no idea why, but when I see this pair of preppy shorts I am reminded of Serena van der Woodsen. I don't know why! Maybe it's the grey colour, or maybe it looks really preppy, Serena style. Blair Waldorf would never be seen dead in shorts. Anyway, I think, you can perfect the same preppy look if you pair this shorts with a white ruffled shirt and a vest. Add a pair of knee high white socks and (trendy looking) loafers, and you could get the look!

Think Glamz

Yayaya, it's yet another vest. But this vest could go with the combo I just mentioned above. This vest is also a little bit different from the rest. The front pockets aren't faux pockets, they're real and useable. Plus there is a little bow on each of them pockets. Considering cellphones of late are quite tiny, the 8cm pockets should be able to fit your slim little baby. If not, there's always the mp3 player.

Devonitas

From the front, it looks like a simple cowl neck top. Turn to the back, and you'll see sexyback! With a sheer lacy behind, this is the perfect top to wear with your NuBra, a short black denim miniskirt and go dance like wild monkeys!

Mini Pose

I never quite liked tucking in my shirt, but damn it looks good on this model. A little touch of androgynity, but yet oozing with ladylike elegance. The shirt is very classic OL style, but it's up to you to see whether you can carry it off as Miss Frumpy, or Miss Elegant.

D' Gurlz

Well, hello there! Are you a faux two piece top or a real two piece top? I think you're a faux two piece top. *nods sagely* Anyway, look like you are wearing a cardigan over a flowy halter, because this piece totally goes with jeans and some high top sneakers!

Beau Monde

A knit 3/4 sleeved top for the office ladies. Yes, I do see the belt loops there, but I ain't gonna worry about what belt to match it with. Why? Well, I'll tell you why, it's because the belt is totally inclusive with the top!!!

Daemon Heart

Look totally preppy in this argyles knit dress. I fell in love with argyles ever since I saw Ashlee Simpson wearing a dark blue sleeveless knit argyle top in one of her videos. I must be getting old, because I can't seem to remember the title of the song now. Ahem. If you don't have any boots to wear like the model, how about some low cut sneakers? Or tights with pumps?

Jovy's Wardrobe

Such a sweet and demure dress! It's probably me, but this shop sells everything girly and demure! Although I can't really make it out, I think there are floral prints embroided(??) on the dress. Yes, it's buttoned all the way down, but I seriously feel that you probably don't need to undo any buttons, cause the neck is wide enough for you to slip in on. I think. Good news - the white inner top is inclusive!

Precious Mannequinzz

Instead of a dress, how about a flowy top for clubbing purposes! Wear it with some skinny jeans or a mini skirt. I love the bling in the middle of the boob area, and the sash hanging down has some serious Grecian style going on there. If you like, the exact same design comes in a dress as well, but with different colours.

Adornment Alley

Here's some jewellery for the less conventional piercing. According to the blog, this piece of jewellery can be used for a tragus or a labret piercing. Personally, I think the pink star would be totally cool for the girls with labret piercings! It could be a little too big for the tragus piercing though, imho.

Bebel Nina

If I was working, I'd totally wear this to the office. I love the fact that this looks like a wraparound dress, but it's not! No chances of a wardrobe malfunction while wearing that dress then. *snigger*
