The Cookie Crew

Gone are the days where there would be only one thing in fashion. But I should be thankful. Now we have a plethora of designs that are in, and we can choose whichever designs that suit us and wear them. Remember, it's all about the style; not the fashion. One of the latest crazes (well, not so new, but they're still in!) are the dual-toned dresses. You have them separated at the waist, and at the bust area. Best thing about them is that you look like you're wearing two different outfits. Kind of like how we used to look like we're layering two tshirts when we had that long-sleeved top with a different coloured short sleeve...if you know what I'm talking about. Anyway, here is yet another dual-toned dress with a heart shaped collarline and kind-of-puffy sleeves! Works great for casual wear and the office too. Even has a matching belt!

Beautiful Disaster

Omg! Omg omg omg! I got excited when I saw their selection of fishnet tights. And then I saw their selection of these funky printed tights! Seriously, just kill me now and I'd fly straight to heaven. I haven't seen any of these on our shores (or maybe I haven't been looking hard enough) but here they are, and Beautiful Disaster has other crazy prints as well! This will go so totally well with those long oversized tees that you're crazy about now.

I must be watching too many anime and reading too much manga, because I can't help but go, "Kyaaa!" when I see this crown ring! So embarrassing *blushes*. Nonetheless, rings have really evolved since the simple band around the finger, ay? Nothing like subtlety to proclaim your royalty than with a crown ring instead of a crown crown. Haha.

Say hello to the studded vest! Yes, I know I've been MIA during the start of this studded craze, and I am just joining the crowd. So passe, I know. Don't think vests are a thing of the past, because they are having a comeback now with the latest studded craze! What a way to combine two good things together. Although imho, I wish there were more of the studs like Miley Cyrus' vest instead of just lining the sides of this vest! I'm awaiting that with bated breath. :P

Here's a cute LBD you can wear to family functions and get the parent's approval without losing your style! Clean cut and so totally modest, but check out the back! A little key-hole covered in lace, with an uber cute bow to match. How's that for injecting some pizzazz into a plain LBD?

Now isn't this a pretty dual-toned dress? It has colourful polka dots, for God's sake. The studded cincher is really matchy with the dress, but too bad it's not included ay? :( Looks good with strappy heels!

Even though I do not like the scratchy material of lace, you gotta admit that this is one pretty piece! It's ready stock too, so you don't need to wait in agony for weeks to get this beauty. A pity that the inner piece isn't included though. Le sigh! My favourite is the white one, but the beige one looks good too for a more vintage feel.

I still don't like monogrammed designer bags much, so I chose this gold-blinged-Barbie-with-diamante-encrusted-chain-necklace to review! As much as I don't really like gold, this is kind of cool. In a gangsta way. Especially, if you wear this with a long rocker top with black glossy leggings.

Pre-loved stuff here, but check out this kebaya. How many kebayas can you get for only RM25? Hardly. I'd like to get a nice piece and wear it with skinny jeans; it'd look so cool, but they are expensive, no kidding.

Oh yays, they've finally updated and look! They included in a tank top, one of my personal favourite item of clothing. *big wet eyes* Check out the prints; they look as if they've jumped out straight from an ad in the 60s or something. Looks cool with mid-length plaid shorts!

Moi Closette

Yet another must-have basic for the fashionista's wardrobe; plain sleeveless camisoles in monochromatic shades of black, grey and white. Though I must say this isn't too plain; which is good. We need some spice in our lives, like the buttons and the lace on this one. :)

Garde Robe

Now I haven't seen this before. A dual toned dress with a lace top; and is it see-through? If it is and you're uncomfortable, there's always the option of layering. Layer with a long-sleeved top, or a tank top, or a halter, whatever you like. Just make sure the colour doesn't clash!

It's summer 365 days in Malaysia, so yay for the neverending supply of summer dresses for us. Since the weather is absolutely crazy now, I'm sure we all welcome the sleeveless clothing. I myself am decked out in a tank top and shorts now, phew. *fans self* But we can't wear tank tops and shorts forever. So bring in this cute sundress with the vintage florals and lace trims! It will look even cuter with hemp-heeled espadrilles.

You have to see their collection of necklaces; absolutely gorgeous! My favourite is this guitar one. It will look so perfect with a long tank top and black liquid leggings! You should definitely get this for some necklace variety; this is layering at its best. Plus, no need to buy multiple necklaces too.

Like the dawn of the dual-toned dresses era, theses "vintage" floral skirts are also plaguing the online shopping scene. With good reason. I know it's almost summer, but florals are very in! If you check out the overseas scene, you can see florals everywhere; dresses, skirts, the works. It's really quite pretty, if you don't overdo it. :) A cute floral mini like this will look great with a tank top (then again, I am always pairing almost everything pattern-y with tank tops). Teehee. Espadrilles too!

The so-called boyfriend tee is so out; this plaid shirtdress is in! I like the cutting of the sleeves the length, the sash, and the fact that you can wear this as an overcoat as well. :D

I'll be honest. I only posted up the picture of the back view of the dress because I totally dig that tattoo. =X But! But! This dual-toned dress is real awesome too. I especially like the skirt part; falls really nicely on the hips, eh? Although I think I'd wear this sans tights, partly because of the weather and partly because I think this dress looks better with bare legs. :D

Seriously, what is this? Leggings with denim creases, zips and acid washes imprinted on it? Not only is it drab and tacky, it makes your legs and butt especially, look bigger, and fatter. These may be a cheaper alternative to regular jeans, but I'd rather pay the extra to look good.

Exclusively Elegant

If you like them preppy shorts but can't or don't dare to wear too short shorts, then here's your saviour; the mid-length shorts! Not exactly three-quarters, but they fall just above the knee to not cut your legs off. Nice, isn't it? Very preppy looking too; I can just imagine wearing this and a very fitting white shirt with the sleeves rolled till the elbows, and three to four buttons unbuttoned. Tee hee. I don't know what's with the black sash there, but other than that, I think we can all quite agree that this tank top is uber awesome! I have found yet another OL dress! I'm not sure if it's bat-winged sleeved, but it sure looks like it though. At first glance, it kind of looks like a sleeveless kimono, eh? Nonetheless, this is so plain it screams to be accessorized. Let me list down the possibilities; scarf, cincher, necklaces, bangles, lace tights...wait! Don't put all of them together, okay?!

Now, isn't this a cute floral sundress? Very bustier-like in the front (low cut too, wink wink wtf), but the back is the most appealing. Sexy with a hint of skin without being slutty. The best part about this dress is that it's not supershort, so you can still pass this off as pretty decent. I like it! One question though; would I need to wear them NuBras for this dress?

Simply Alluring

Forget the 280 deniers; glass tights are the second skin now. Like, literally. Legs are meant to be showed off, not covered up! I have to say though; this blue makes your skin looks alien-like. Really. But I guess they'll be pretty cool if you wear these with a supershort white skirt. Going for RM10 only!

Not Quite Vintage

Find it crazy irritating when people wake you up when you just want to sleep in peace for as long as you want? Yeah, I should know. I turn into a monster when people disrupt my sleep. =/ Anyways, get rid of this problem by getting this eye mask. How so? They're both actually one mask; turn it one side for a, "YES, please wake me up" or turn it the other way for, "NO, don't wake me up or I'll f*cking kill you!". Ahem. You get my drift.

Cute ickle ballerina flats! I don't think they're suitable enough to be worn as real ballerina slippers; but don't let it stop you from dressing up like that! I'm thinking white flowy dresses, white tights and these flats.

If you have lots of lingerie that's so hard to fold and so hard to stay in one place in your wardrobe, let me introduce to you...the lingerie sorter. Wtf. I just randomly came up with that. A bright, pretty green box which has lots of compartments inside, so you just need to roll up your lingerie and it stays there, neat. This creation is genius.

When you get sick of all the additional flourishes to dresses like ruffles, bows, frills, lace, tutu, heave a sigh of relief for a simple dress like this. Though not too plain to be considered boring, this is just nice and simple on its own. I like the model's hairband though. :D

The Shoplifters

Other than a full suit, I think guys look great in a fitting graphic tshirt and a pair of well cut jeans. Graphic tees these days are just so creative! One of my guy friends and a lecturer(!) has this uber cool tshirt of a silhoutte of a guy shooting his head, and the blood transform into butterflies. :D Morbid, but cool. This one depicts the everyday life of a student. Books, alarm clock, laptop, and what's that random bunny??

Bimbs Wardrobe

Yay for shorts in this scorching weather. I saw an awesome pair of plaid shorts in Padini Authentics, but it's so expensive it's illegal. This one makes a good substitute! Cuffed at the bottom, light coloured gingham, it's cool. :D

Apple Cabin

Ah, the basic black spaghetti with a twist. Great when you want to just show off your blazer/jacket/cardigan, and great on its own. This one has a crocheted racerback! The beauty of this is that you can wear it with anything at all. Especially if you have an extravagant bottom wear, this will fit just right in.

Miirage

Though I'm not sure how often does one get to wear cocktail dresses, I don't think it can be often (unless you're a socialite!). Nonetheless, every girl must have a cocktail dress in her wardrobe. A plain and simple one always wins against the extravagant one, as you can accessorize limitlessly! Take this one. Dress it up with a colourful cincher, and a short necklace or choker. Love tights? Wear it! Though for a more formal look, I'd skip on the gaudy coloured and patterned ones and opt for fishnets or black lacy tights.

Motte

I may not like wearing heels a lot, but I do love my espadrilles! They're the easiest to walk in, and they don't compromise on the height. I especially like the casual feel that they give. Looks best with sundresses! This baby is a mixture of denim and faux leather; absolut perfection. No need to fuss with the clasp as it's a hook on. I also like how the strap ends below the ankle, thus not cutting your leg off and making it look short. x)

Clothes For Fun

Oh. My God. When I saw this, I hyperventilated. It is so gorgeous!! I so wanna get it, but I feel guilty for spending so much...*meek* Don't you just love the empire waistline and the crocheted back? It's everything that makes this top special. Best thing is that it'll be just perfect for the office, as well as casual wear! Don't mind me, I'll be ranting a lot about office wear from now on. It's the internship. T_T

I have a good friend who constantly buys cardigans in all shapes, sizes and colours, just because she daren't wear sleeveless clothes on their own. Still Sisters

Sometimes, we just need an uber vintage bag to dress up a modern outfit. My favourite combination? A pair of your most well-fitting jeans, a baby tee, and this vintage sling bag. Check out the pointy flap and the tan trimmings. Absolutely cool.

Mezzanine

Not a great fan of them super high heels, but I definitely appreciate a beautiful pair of heels. These shiny snakeskin (faux, of course!) peep toed pumps are definitely a heavenly creation. This will look so good with a plain designed dress that's just screaming to be accessorized. If you want to be a little more subtle, wear them with jeans and show off those long legs (thanks to four point freaking two five inches!!). If you wear these to the clubs, your feet will be getting more attention than your upper body thanks to the shine. xD

You absolutely have to check out the various ways they have of wearing this polka dotted thing! I don't even know what to call it, because you can wear it as a top, a dress, a skirt...and what differentiates this smocked tube from other smocked tubes is that you can tie it at the back for some sexy show of skin (if you're wearing it just as a dress, that is).

I love reading books. :D Any kind of books, really, so long as it's not non-fiction. I have tonnes of bookmarks, but I definitely don't have a metal one like this! What I like about this cocktail dress is its simplicity and that random bow at the waist! Obviously you cannot dress this up with a cincher anymore, but there's room for scarves, necklaces, tights, bangles...the works! Go creative. :D

Strapped Skin

The classic white shirt has so many variations you'd be thankful for it. Imagine if we were stuck with just one design. The uniformity of it all will kill me. This one has pleats at the bib Victorian style. Check out the silver pearl-like buttons too. My favourite feature? You can fold the sleeves and button it up so that it becomes a three-quarter sleeved blouse. *big wet eyes*

Le Chic

Bondage inspired heels with zips. Not to mention they're totally a replica of Jimmy Choo's. Standing at 4.5 inches, they're insanely high I daren't even look at it. Definitely not for the faint hearted and those who are afraid of heights. Tee hee. Best not to colour your toenails with a dark colour though; these heels are fierce and scary enough!

My Sassy Tank

I've always avoided lace undies and thongs like the plague, because I hate how itchy lace can get (especially in the hot weather!) and don't let me get started on butt-flossing. -_- Well well, lucky we have assurance from MST that these undies are totally non-itchy. :D Not to mention there won't be any major wedgie. Nothing is less sexy than wearing sexy undies and constantly tugging at it to be relieved of a butt-floss. And they have it in white. *big wet eyes* White is the epitome of innocence. HAHA how ironic. Innocence in lacy lingerie, indeed.

Bows Lover

If you thought plaids and gingham were very last December, you thought wrong. They were all the rage, and still are all the rage, it seems. How else can you explain all these gingham and plaids still coming out?? Luckily they're appearing on my favourite item of clothing; the mini skirt. You absolutely cannot hate them. Especially since this one has an elastic band , as well as functional zipper pockets! I love pockets. Give me anything with pockets and I'll love them. Okay, that's not entirely true. :P

Ring Apartment

Rings these days are becoming so freaking cool!! Round, silver, plain rings are so aeons ago; bring in the kitsch, random shaped rings, like this plug one! Very fragile, but too cool. I'd wanna layer my fingers with rings like these, ala Karl Lagerfeld. Except that my rings aren't vintage. They're cool. :D

People will always love charmbracelets, because you can choose whatever charms you like, and they're always so cute! I like the vintage feel of this; tarnished, brass. Makes you wanna slip on a vintage white cotton dress with this bracelet and prance around in the woods.

They have a whole range of colours for this mini skirt, but I think this grey one would make a very cool schoolgirl outfit. Yes, I miss my high school years. *sighs reminiscently* Unfortunately though, high school didn't have short grey skirts. I wish. Go creative and jazz up those simple outfits, or maybe even attach a scrunchy (not the rubber kind, those spoil your hair!) to the flower and transform it into a flower scrunchy.

Sigh. Sometimes I just wish I had a flat ass and long skinny legs just so I'd look good in shorts like this one. Tictactoe RM50

I'm on a hunt for office wear that's not totally formal, but yet formal enough for the office. And this ruffled top here makes the cut. You don't have to worry about not being able to fit through that tiny collar, cause there's a zip all the way down the top! Now that's pretty cool.

You can either zip it all the way up to the collar, or zip it down a little to get a breather. Tee hee.

My Clothes Affair RM16

Plain tank tops are the bomb! They go with just about anything; skirts, pants, the works. The best thing about it being plain is that your bottoms can be full of details, and they work just well enough with it.

Good news is that they're going for RM16 each. Everywhere else I've seen sells them at RM20 the least, so this is quite a steal.

What's Your Flavour? RM39

You know, I never liked kimonos. I felt that they made you look fat, unproportionate, and well...fat. And I didn't like that whole flutter-sleeves thing. It would be so disgusting and slutty to be able to see your bra?

But surprisingly, I quite like this kimono dress. Maybe it's the cutting or the design, but it doesn't actually make the model look quite unproportionate. And despite all my negative statements about kimonos, I've always wanted to try on a plain one and see if I look nice in it. Hehehe I'm such a hypocrite!

La'Belle Closet RM20

I love tank tops. You can never go wrong with them, and just about everybody looks good in them. Unless of course, you spoil the look by wearing a wrong bra with it. Unless you have really pretty bra straps, please don't show them off when you wear racerbacks.

Plain tank tops are the bomb, but aptly designed tank tops are the nuclear (wtf I'm so lame)! This skull-and-bone design is just so cool, with a rocker chick kind of feel. You should see the combination they have with the skirt and studded belt. So fierce.

If you wear it with baggy pants and sneakers and studded cuffs, it'll be even more fierce. Rawr!

Dr. Pizzicato RM36

I was looking through some online boutiques during my lab class (shh!), and I came across this skirt. I was like, ohmygod! This is too good to be true. I first saw the Miss Selfridge picture and thought, nah, their version can't be that good. I was wrong. It is so nice. So pretty! That I had to show it to my friends. They couldn't agree more.

For one, the colour is so nice and bright. How often do you have skirts in this shade of happy? Hardly. Also, it's a little high-waisted. Just the perfect thing in trend right now. Finally...you can wear it as a formal wear! Absolutely perfect for me, as I have an internship going on the next semester. Formal wear is such a bitch, but with lovelies like this popping up, I think I'll be having a lot of fun dressing up for the office!

I can already think of a combination for this. A white tank top, plus multi-layered long necklaces, plus a cropped blazer, this skirt, and black heels. Perfect!

Sunway's School of Computer Technology and School of Business & Law will be organizing a charity walk to raise funds for the under-priviledged children of Harvest Center. A crowd of approximately 700-1,000 people is expected to participate for the event. This will include mainly teenagers from different colleges and also Sunway University College itself. This event is also expected to attract various media coverage.

Inside every girl is an artist waiting to come out. If you're rubbish in art, at least you can still dress the part. Hey, fashion is an art too! So how to you go artsy with this multi-layered skirt? Hm, it's quite simple actually. I would pair this with a normal white t shirt with minimal design, and low cut canvas sneakers and an anklet. And lots of bracelets! Not those charm bracelets, mind you.

Taking a short breather from all the PVC, now we have hobo bags with sequins on it! Imagine how noticeable you'll be when you walk in the bright sunlight. Plus, it's in black. We all love black. It goes with everything. And you can definitely rest assure that this bag can fit almost anything inside, like you laptop, added with your bottled water (make sure it's tightly sealed!), junk food, and...hmm, what else? Oh right, your lecture notes!

Oh My Clothes!

Ooh, that's quite a sexy zippered dress. Imagine, one pull and it all comes apart! 18sx fantasies aside, if you pair this with patterned tights and pumps, it'll be quite a vision for the office. Sorry, (well, not so) but boring office wear and I don't mix. I will absolutely die from the uniformity of it all. This zippered dress will breathe a breath of fresh air to mundane office wear! Do hurry though, this is the last piece.

I totally laughed when I saw the title for this necklace. It's true though, this little guy is swinging in the ayer, a-ayer, ayer~ You have to agree that this necklace is really cool though. Bet you haven't seen anything like this, eh? Best not to wear this with a low cut top though, the little guy might have a nose bleed...teehee.

Mezzanine

These bondage-type shoes have certainly come a long way. I remember them starting out as gladiators, then slowly evolving to those weaves, and the cagelike design, and oh, I don't know how to describe them anymore. I'll confess; I'm more of a flats kind of girl. I like how heels make my legs look longer, but I just cannot wear them everyday. Give me more flats! They look so awesome with short skirts and short pants that you won't be needing heels to make your legs look long. A word of advice though; stay away from flat sandals when you're wearing baggy cargo pants. They don't look good.

Lady Lips - Preorder

I know I probably have tonnes of t shirts already, but everytime I look into my wardrobe it seems like I don't have enough. I'm sure all girls can relate to what I'm saying. I'm always on the lookout for cool t shirts. Lame graphics just don't cut it out for me anymore. I want something different, yet cool. Then I came across this t shirt here! That comic 'bang' sign is just so cool. And the best thing about t shirts is that you can pair it with almost anything; jeans, shorts, skirts, bikini bottoms, you get my drift.

ESN Clothing

Who wants to take a guess as to who this is? Obviously I meant the character on the t shirt. Though this is not the first time I've seen a design of this sort, I think it's totally ingenious! Not to mention, I love my white t shirts even though I already have tonnes of them. They're just the right thing to wear with a good fitting pair of jeans, regardless of what style they (the jeans) are.

I realized that, ever since I allowed readers to do so, I have been flooded with emails wanting to sell clothes that you didn't purchase online. It made me think that a lot of you don't know how to appreciate the clothes that you buy. It is like the clothes you purchase have no value. You buy it on impulse, wear it once, then sell it off.

I know that there are many impulse purchases online too, but that is excusable, as you can't feel, or try it on. Chances of it not being suitable for you is very much higher than purchasing offline, where you can try it on and see if it suits you. Which makes me wonder, how on earth do you girls buy things in stores and then sell it off saying that it's not your size? Did you not try it on first?

So anyway, as I've mentioned, reader requests will now only cater to clothes bought online. I won't attend to emails wanting to sell off their offline purchases. Hope you girls understand.

Like what you see? I know I definitely do. The v-neck top, as well as the flared denim skirt. The top can also be worn as a sexy off-shoulder top! A great combination for the lecture classes, methinks. Just pair with canvas shoes for a casual yet preppy look, or high heels for a more elegant look.

These wristlets come in a wide array of designs and colours. But don't limit your creativity to just wristlets. You can also use them as pencilcases, makeup pouches, wallets, the list goes on. This vintagelike floral design is my favourite pick.

When I showed this to my girlfriends, how they squealed in delight! Okay, I'm exaggerating. Nonetheless, we all agreed that this is a fine piece. So perfect for the clubs, especially if worn as a supershort dress! Those knee high gladiators will come in handy now.

I am yet to find a suitable pinafore for myself. In the meantime, I'll be on the lookout! This one ain't bad. Belt-like straps and a drawstring waistline, with pockets and a random button near the neckline. You can totally just wear it as a dress but I think you might need something underneath it. A tank top or halter would be cool.

These fingerless gloves are so cool. If they were full fingered gloves, they would be more on the elegant side. Fingerless? Biker chick cool. Pair with a red plaids shirt and a tight black skirt with high tops sneakers!

Gladiators are still available! The good thing about them is that they're evolving into designs that are more classy and can be worn all the time, rather than a fashion statement that quickly goes passe. Anyway, if you don't own a flashy footwear, time to invest your money in these gold babes! Goes well with LBDs.

This is recommended for the metrosexual who has a great body, as it's body hugging and shows off your manly curves - I mean, muscles. For the guys; if you're daring enough, this cardigan comes in pink as well!

More blazers for those of us who haven't gotten one yet. This one has more body to it than the slim fitting blazers I've always been reviewing, so I think this will fit ladies on the large side. Score! Try pairing this with a sleeveless top inside and a denim mini skirt. Unbutton the blazer, of course!

Though our weather has been quite the scorching lately, lecture classrooms are thankfully still as cold as ever. If you're going to be huddled in the classrooms all day, best be prepared with a long sleeved tshirt if you don't want to carry a jacket. Make it a cute printed one while you're at it, like this top from Drestres! Looks totally good with jeans, shorts, skirt, the works. Just don't pair it with an overly printed skirt.

At first I thought this was a tank top and skirt combo; little did I know it was a dual toned top. This long top might still be a little too short to pass off as a short skirt for the petites, but I can't be so sure. Nonetheless, pairing this with skinnies will be a sure win!

Is it sporty or is it formal? Guess what; it can pass off as both! This jumpsuit is so totally cool, especially the cool grey one. If you wear sneakers, I think you can wear this to the gym! If you wear pointy toed heels, you can wear this to the office.

Now why didn't I see this earlier? Hidden in the depths of my email inbox was this e-shop with a few delectable guy's tshirts. I don't know about your guy, but mine doesn't like wearing too flashy outfits, so graphic tshirts like this one suits him just fine. Now I feel like getting him this.

Everyone has their emo days. If you want people to steer clear from you, then wear this tshirt. But actually, I think by wearing this people will come to disturb you more. Tee hee. Anyway, wear this with dark jeans and a shiny vest! Along with heels. Peep toed ones would be nice. I think pointy heeled pumps would be nicer!

The ever basic spaghetti strapped top. Looks good enough if you want to wear it on its own. Also the best thing to wear under a blazer or a funky jacket, especially if the main thing you want to display is the outerwear, without suffering a heatstroke. Do hurry, cause this spaghetti top is only left in pink!

I'm leaving, on a jetplane. Don't know when I'll be back again...not. I wish I was leaving on a jetplane now, cause I am so bored and I haven't been on a holiday out of my home for a very long time! Anyways, this plane-monogrammed tank top is the sex. (Heheh copied someone's signature statement). Wear with shorts to the beach side, or with jeans to lectures, or with a skirt to the mall! So uber versatile and looks good on everyone.

If you're still in the Gossip Girl fever, get this tube top with the super huge bow on the neckline. I think this will look delectably elegant in a high waisted black skirt of the same material as the top. Then it'll look like an LBD! Add a string of pearls and a pair of red stilettos and you'll be good to go!

I was this close to not posting this up because I liked it so much and didn't want anyone else to buy it. But le sigh, good things are meant to be shared. Damn I'm so noble. This floral vintagey babydoll top comes with the inner racerback top! And if what I see is correct, the bustline can be adjusted by pulling the ribbon in the middle. Looks good with three quarter jeans and espadrilles.

ESN Clothing

Knee length skirts are particularly useful especially if your uni doesn't allow mini skirts. Just feel the satisfaction when you walk past them security guards and lecturers and they're unable to tell you off for wearing something revealing! Oh by the way, the above probably only applies to me. Sad, but anyway, this knee length skirt is quite chic! Not all knee length skirts equals old fashioned and prissy, as this one proves.

An Old Flame

I half thought this was a dress by itself. Silly me! But I do quite like that studded belt. Anyway, focus on the blouse. Nothing like some red-and-white stripes and ruffles to get that oldies feel. I think this will look equally good with some high-waisted shorts as well, be it denim or black ones.
The Red Tutu

Every girl needs a lingerie inspired top to wear when she feels sexy. This one is no exception. Covering the right places and exposing the midriff with sheer material, this one definitely screams sexy. If you're not too confident to wear this alone, a funky jacket calls for!

Sugar Dressing

I used to have an aversion towards flat heeled gladiators, but ever since purchasing a four inch one, I think they should be quite okay! Especially if your legs are longer than your torso, you can definitely pull this one off without looking like a complete...stump. Looks good with bare legs, meaning you have to wear this with a short skirt or shorts!

Mezzanine

Brown patent booties with a laced up back, instead of in the front. And you haven't even seen the inside yet! Lined with animal prints. Oooh. Wear this with leggings, then you can't see that they're leggings. Not exactly the whole point of leggings I know, but since I don't like them you can't blame me for suggesting that. They look equally good with skinny jeans and high waisted super short skirts as well.

Cat in a Bowl

I'll call this the LLBD. Little Lace Black Dress. It's absolutely simple, yet gorgeous! Heart shape tube and a flared skirt, alongside lace details. That extra bow makes this dress looks extra gorgeous, but I'm not sure if it comes together with the dress. Wear with purple heels!

Lush

Say hello to the 2-in-1 scarf. Skull prints on one side, and paint splatters on the other side. I'm a big fan of scarves, and this is just perfect for me. Wear with a simple tshirt and jeans or skirt and canvas shoes.

Daily Shopping Therapy

Have a long hobo for a change! With cutesy knots at the side too. I know what my boyfriend would say about this bag though; it's so big, it'll swallow me up. But hey, that's what we girls like, a big bag to put just about all our stuff in.

Velvet Ribbon

They featured my favourite LookBook-er of all time, Woori G.! I so love her look; she can pull almost anything off, and she always looks so fabulous. It helps that her legs are seriously long. Envious I am. Anyway, this blazer is so awesome, especially when you want that androgynous look. Pair with heels and skinny jeans and some funky graphic tshirt under that blazer.

If you have all the possible designs of hobo bags, it's time to change. Let's break out the extremely-big-handle hobo. Gone are the thick, big-looped handles; let's have a clutch-y one for now. Not too handy when you're out for a long shopping day though; those arms will get tired!

Okay I seem to be reviewing quite a lot of bags this time. But really, how often do you have a square shaped bag? There are even extra straps so you can carry it like a sling. If you visit the blog, you'll see all sorts of ways to carry the bag. I like it cause it's a little androgynous.

This octopus cushion is so cute! But I thought octupuses had eight legs. Tee hee. It might be already sold in the blog, but you can always ask her to make another one for you. Nothing like something squishy to hug while you're in front of the computer.

I have just found a cute dress for the clubbing scene. Short, sleeveless, and with bling. Add a bow and you'll up the cuteness factor! Wear with strappy heels, big hoop earrings and pull up your hair!

This scarf is so vintagelike. You can tie it as a sash on your waist, a scarf, or a headband! So versatile, and it's perfect to jazz up a boring outfit. Like say, a plain white tank and jeans?

The Shoplifters

How often does one own a gold skirt? In a bubble style, nonetheless! So unbelievably biker chic meets Las Vegas performer. Haha! It's not often that I come across a gold skirt, so I don't exactly know what to pair it with. For now I'll go with simple and a little boring; the amazing white tank top. And a little tarnished gold jewellery. With black elastic bracelets. And silver sneakers.

Cool House

Look who's branched out and have their own men's wear online boutique! This striped polo tee is just one of the basics that every guy should have in their closet. Unlike normal tshirts, the collared tee makes a guy look more serious. Formal. Whatever pushes your buttons. Haha.

Luscious Lips

This is versatility at its best. But, it just looks like an ordinary high-waisted pinafore! That's where you're wrong. You can tie the straps halter style, or button it the normal style, or cross-backed style! You could also wear this as a tube dress, thanks to the smocked back. I like!

I will spare you the cow jokes, but seriously, that cow design bag is the nicest of the four. Also, this gives you a break from the mainstream hobo bags!

Enchanting Hearts

Every girl needs a basic formal black skirt to go with the basic white button up shirt for that uni presentation. Quite a boring get up imo, but hey, whatever the lecturer likes. If you want to not look so boring, substitute the white button up for a formal bright coloured halter (purple, anyone?) like the one I reviewed before! (from The Chocolate Button, methinks)

This babydoll top is too cute! The eyelets and light pink further enhances that already girlish feel of this top. Wearing it with a short skirt seems a little weird imo, so I think light blue jeans might do a better trick. Ballet flats to complete the look! As well as a long necklace.

They've updated with more pre-order goodies for you! Here's something different than your usual long sleeved basic. It's the basic, plus extra fabric! Okay that rhymed. This will work really well with girls with slightly wider hips. Not recommended for petites, as this will just swallow you up.

Le Mode Paradis

I've never been a fan of leggings. Unless you have legs like Gisele Bundchen, this will no way look flattering on you. In fact, it makes your legs look stockier than usual, so this is only for the extreme skinny legged girl. The only outfit combination I'd recommend with slick leggings are boots, or booties.

How's this for a super hot mini to spice up that Valentine's date? Or if you don't have a date; no fear! This will look equally as good in the clubs. That zippered texture around the bustline is also something different. Now if only that zip is functional... :P

Pastel Stripes

This looks like a mish mash of florals and chiffon to me! Which btw, works very well. It can be a sundress for the petites, or a long top for the tall girls. Pair with espadrilles; my favourites sort of shoes.

Everybody needs a basic turtleneck in their wardrobe. Especially for the cold, gloomy, artsy days. Not that you'd ever meet a perfect combination like that. I'd like to wear that with a supershort grey skirt, black tights, black rimmed glasses and oxfords. Yummeh.

Okay, this is not something you come across in your everyday online boutique. How do I describe this; a cincher with a very medieval sort of buckle, linked together with the needle-like thingamajig. So cool! Looks good with those plain design kimonos everyone seems to be having now.

Ah, now this is so cool. A retro style straight cut dress, but do take notice of the lightning bolt! That makes all the difference to an otherwise boring dress. I'd like to pair a cincher with it, but it seems like such a shame to cover up the lightning bolt design. Pair with strappy heels and a cute necklace!

Clothes For Fun

Okay, this is a little backdated. There is something else I wanted to review, but it's already been sold out. Sad, but this is what happens when you're not up to date by the second. Thankfully, this gorgeous green tube top with frills is still available! The perfect accompaniment to dark jeans and heels for a fuss free dinner date with the boyfriend.

Colour Me Pretty

Surprising how a little colour difference makes two items of the same design look so different. That's the case with this skirt; the brown's all sold out and being restocked, but the black's not sold out yet. Haha. But anyway, this brown plaids skirt has some vintage action going on there. Pair it with a white polo tee and with oxfords for a simple yet nice look.

Shopping Makes Me Feel Better

There's no therapy like retail therapy, and that's why shopping makes us all feel better! Don't you feel a certain high when you manage to get your hands on a particularly gorgeous item? Take this Guess satchel for example. Love the bright and bold floral prints! Plus there are so many compartments. Lovely for a girl like me who has plenty of little knick knacks to stuff in her bag.

Talk about sexy. You can practically go braless in this supersexy halter top because it's padded. With the collars, you can go for the hot secretary look. Okay, I should stop. Say hello to Sassy Chic's pre-order site! This short sleeved jacket probably won't serve its purpose for warming you up, but this will be good for covering up skimpy tops. A little sheer, you can show off your skimpy top without being too revealing. Speaking of revealing, I got stopped by the uni's security guard today for wearing a mini skirt. -_-

Ancient Orchids

I've always found the off shoulder outfits to be more sexy than low cut outfits. Somehow, showing off the shoulder is more tantalising and less slutty than showing off your cleavage, don't you think? Here we have a 3/4 sleeved mini dress with a blinged strap to boot! If you find it a little too short for your liking, you could always wear tights with it. Try white! Not leggings though. You want an elegant look, not an aunty look.

Phasionology

I just bought a dress with a similar print from this fabulous shop called Kitschen for the CNY! So it's quite natural that I find this to my liking as well. I've been seeing this flower design like, everywhere. You could wear a tube inside if you're not one to show off cleavage. Since this is a white dress with minimal colours, experiment with different tube colours other than black!

Bows Lover

This babydoll tank is so basic that I love it. Empire waistlines are always handy to cover up that slightly bulging tummy after a heavy meal (though doctors have warned us to not eat a too heavy meal). Plus it's so basic and plain, a nonbasic bottom is called for! This top might go well with that gingham skinnies you've been dying to wear. If you're petite enough, this top might even pass off as a supershort dress, so you can wear coloured or patterned tights.

Ballet flats for the days when your legs feel like they can't take heels no more. It comes in dusty pink too, a colour I can't believe anyone would hate. Well, at least, I think it's dusty pink. Pair with a sundress! Basically this can go with any outfit, except for maxi dresses.

I cannot believe why the owner wants to sell off this gorgeous tank top! I can just imagine this paired with dark wash jeans and gladiator heels. Fierce.

If chunky stainless steel rings aren't to your taste, will a clay flower ring suit you more? This wire twisted ring is definitely one of a kind. If there's a pink flower, it'll be even more awesome! Then we can make a necklace, a barette, and make it an entire set. Ha.

If you haven't gotten your plaid skinnies yet, Midnight Glam is still selling 'em. I prefer this darker shade of plaids, cause they look more preppy imo. Pair it with the babydoll tank top I mentioned above!

This, my readers, is an awesome creation. Purse hooks! A rubber grip comes attached behind the cute flower design you see, and there are hooks that can be extended which you can't see in the picture. This is yet another backdated item. This awesome tshirt comes in black too, but it's sold out. It's so monochromatic that it just screams for you to pair it with a pair of fiery red shorts, or a bright orange pinafore, or green skinnies...you get my drift.

Like Seriously

Seriously, where do they get their clothes?? They're all so awesome. My most favourite out of the chapter is this sheer long top with an awesome back. I would recommend wearing something underneath it though. This combination with shorts and a green tube underneath is quite fetching. Amazing how I like the cream colour more than the white one though. Perhaps it's because the cream one looks more vintage!

Super gorgeous this dress is! Dare you wear this not-so-plunging neckline halter dress? If you wear this out to dinners, heads will surely turn. To be a little more modest, wear a tube underneath, or a cropped cardigan over. Or maybe a biker jacket! It will be a shame to cover those floral designs on the neckline though. Pair this monochromatic dress with more brightly coloured shoes.

An Old Flame

When I saw this sleeveless cardigan, I fell head over heels over head over heels (you get my drift) in love with it! How can anything so slouchy look so good?? The model has really pulled it off well. It has funky pockets which looked like it's been ironed on wrongly, and best of all, if you don't like it long, you can adjust it to make it shorter! But of course, I like it long, so that I can wear tights with no pants. ;D

Round Bean

We have couple rings, couple keychains, couple shirts...and now we have LV couple cellphone straps. Hey, I have an idea, why don't we have couple shoes next?? Haha. Anyway, this cellphone strap is real classy looking. I'm all for minimalism, and this cellphone strap has it. I would get this for the boyfriend, but he doesn't like cellphone decorations. Pfft.

Only Branded Replica

Messenger bags are cool. Especially androgynous ones like this. I'm not really a fan of designer goods, but damn this Gucci bag is cool. Imagine sidling into class with this, a graphic tee, jeans and canvas shoes, and aviators.

It's not fair. It really isn't fair. How come all the good stuff's either been reserved or sold?? I really liked the leather shorts. Aargh. But it's okay. At least this funky perforated belt isn't sold yet. It's actually a skinny belt, but the front part's all wide and rocker-ish.

Shorts with suspenders are t3h bomb. Because I said so. I mean, why not? They look pretty damn good if you wear them with a buttoned up shirt, and probably might qualify for the office if your office doesn't have a strict dress code. Nonetheless, wear a rainbow hued tank top underneath it and you'll look just as fab.

Sexy is indeed, one of the many words used to describe this gorgeous paisley dress. A few other adjectives would be gorgeous, as I've said, stunning, elegant...the list goes on. Anyway, I also like the bluish hues of this dress. Very oceanlike, so I think this will be very suitable if you wear it while having dinner in a place overlooking the beach!

This is going to be yet another backdated post. Full of clothes which came out like days ago (aeons in internet world) and probably already sold out. I actually got all the pictures here but didn't get around to writing a review for it. I blame laziness and procrastination.

Style Me Hot

A bit of chiffon, a bit of roses, and a lot of girlishness. Imo, I think this will be quite the nice choice of wear on a Vday outing during the daytime. Do wear boyshorts for your underwear, cause that material looks very lightweight. You wouldn't want to accidentally flash your date when a gust of wind sweeps by!

Mingxed

There are the rounder iron wrought bird cages I've reviewed, and then there are the creepy, bent looking ones like this! A little morbid looking, but it's just the accessory to wear with black statement tees and distressed denim with sneakers.

Topsy Turvee

Introducing the double breasted blazer! Yeah so we've seen a lot of blazers with nautical gold buttons, but bet you haven't seen double breasted ones! If you noticed, double breasted blazers tend to look even more formal than your regular blazers. I think I should stop using the word double breasted. It's starting to sound a little vulgar. Anyways, I think if you pair this double breasted blazer (here I go again!) with a denim miniskirt and high heels with a knit beanie, it might be a good look.

Swap your woven belts for something with a little more design. You can start with this floral and swirls belt! Totally girly, and totally different. I don't think I've even seen this kind of design around, so be the first to start the trend!

My Clothes Affair

If you've tried black tights and moved on to patterned tights, then it's time for you to try patterned and glittery tights! This red plaid tights reminds me so much of a schoolgirl skirt, so please don't pair the two together. An LBD would be okay though. Just not the overly embellished ones!

Time to pay respect to the mother of women superheroes. We've had tshirts emblazoned with the Superman logo, Batman and whatnot, so let's have Wonder Woman! A little bit vintage looking, and so totally matching with light blue jeans.

This one looks a little exotic with the coconut shells and strings. Looks best when you wear it with a straight cut dress (a plain design one would be better). You can let it hang loose or make it as tight as a cincher, it all depends on how you tie it.

It's hard to find a plain, dual toned dress that I actually like, and this is the first! Let's see...I like how the length isn't too long. I like my dresses short. Vibrant Swirls

I like how this dress has a casual yet formal feel to it. Be warned though - not everyone can pull off turtlenecks, especially if you don't have a long neck. If you find this dress a little too plain for your liking, there are always plenty of colourful and embellished cinchers for you to choose from.
Groomy Room

From plain, we come to fancy. I am liking the abstract prints on the dress! If you didn't already notice, there are two little peep holes near the neckline. Way to show off little bits of skin! A thick belted cincher would be perfect to add some body to this straight cut dress.

There's a reason why so many of the major reviewers reviewed this pair of shoes. It's so obvious; they're gorgeous! Easy slip ons, and there's the quirky little diamante button or whatever you call it for you to grip on, lest the shoes slip off. Heels like these elongate your legs, and they work well with skirts.

Let's stave off the supershort skirts for now, and focus on more decently-lengthed mini skirts. Skirts like this one are such a dear! Pair it with a bright coloured top to make it look less dull, or a white top for minimalistic options.

Grey should never be acquainted with old! This one's more towards the formal side, so you can wear it for presentations as well as to the office. As you all already know, I am an avid fan of scarves. Skinny striped scarves and knitted ones are usually my love, but when I saw this floral one I got converted. What is there not to like about the purple flowers on this beige-y scarf?? It's very Somerset Bay - I can just imagine this scarve, a white tank top, and a mini denim skirt.

I absolutely adore this dress! With its colourful and bold designs, it's sure to capture even the hardest of hearts. Need I add that the machine pleats on the dress is an added bonus points to an already stunning dress? I say this dress and a simple black pair of heels will do the trick. True to the Nuffnang poll results, here is the Chinese New Year layout I promised, one week in advance. My apologies if the layout isn't the best, but it's the best CNY layout I could find. Trust me, the others available were just crap.

Do cherish this layout while you can, cause after this layout will be gone after the third day of CNY. Call it quick, but I don't really like this layout. I have the nicest layout planned already. You people will hate it. Why? Cause it's a navigational layout. But I repeat, it's really, really, nice! So nice, that you won't even mind it being navigational.

Vests are coming in in all types of designs and shades lately. All the more reason for you to indulge in them. Some vests are designed to make even the plainest of tshirts look formal, and some are designed to jazz up your outfits. Take this vest, for example. It funkifies (my own word. I know only like, one person responded to my little statement, but since I'm in between reviews now, this is just something to make you laugh, shudder, or groan.

Little Red Riding Hood is on her way to her grandmother’s for lunch. Before she goes, her mum says, “Little Red Riding Hood, you’d better be careful, because if the Big Bad Wolf sees you, he’s going to hike up your little red skirt, pull down your little red panties and fuck your little red socks off.”

Little Red Riding Hood says, “Don’t worry Mum - I have a machete,” and goes on her way.

A bit further on, she bumps into the woodsman, who asks, “And where might you be going to, Little Red Riding Hood?”

“To my grandmother’s,” she tells him.

The woodsman says, “Be careful, cause if the Big Bad Wolf sees you, he’s going to hike up your little red skirt, pull down your little red panties and fuck your little red socks off.”

Little Red Riding Hood says, “Don’t worry Mum - I have a machete,” and goes on her way.

Before long, she arrives at her grandmother’s, where she sees the Big Bad Wolf. As predicted, he says, “Come here, Little Red Riding Hood, I’m going to hike up your little red skirt, pull down your little red panties and fuck your little red socks off.”

Poofy skirts and I have a little bond. I like them, and they pretty much look good on me. But then again, they look great on almost everybody. They look great with tank tops, graphic/statement tshirts, or long sleeved knit tops. If purple isn't your thing, they have other colours as well!

Of all the oversized shirts I've seen, this is probably the one I like best. Striped and a little see through, you can wear something inside and create a little peekaboo session. Wear it on its own with tights, or add your own pants, and you look great. If you don't like it hanging too long, you can tie it up cowgirl style.

The dresses made to look like a matching top and skirt are being increasingly seen lately. I like this pink and black combination. The new year is here and all, so it only means one thing.

Back to school! Well, probably not for some of us. You've probably noticed that I haven't mentioned anything about exams in the two months that I've started this blog.

It's because I didn't have any. But I'm not working, yet. I'm still a university student, and I was on a very long holiday, and now it's back to classes.

Problem is, classes are a long way away from KL, so I can't stay here. It's not in another country, I'll still be in Malaysia.

But because the place I'm staying at has internet connections as erratic as the weather, I'm not sure how often I can update this blog. Don't worry, I'll still blog when I can!

Anyway, I'll be moving back tomorrow. Le sigh.

Okay, let's have a trivia. If anyone can take a guess as to where I'm studying, I'll send them a picture of me! Haha omg narcissism at its best. As an added extra bonus, I'll send them a handmade card also. My art isn't too shabby, if I say so myself.

Clothes For Fun

It was love at first sight when I saw this jacket! Somehow the plaids don't look as vintage as your usual plaids, but more hiphop. Hmm, must be the jacket. I'd love to be seen keeping warm with this, a camisole underneath and a super short skirt!

I've always been a fan of halters; not just because of the exposed back. It sort of creates a longer, leaner, (and bigger boobed!) image of my torso. But maybe it's just me. Anyways, halters have always been deemed inappropriate in the office, but I guess this won't be the deal any longer! Not when we have formal looking ones like this halter! Wear this with a sleek pair of slacks (pinstriped dark grey?) and pointy toed heels. Guaranteed to wow your colleagues.
